Candidates who appeared for the exam, held on 5 January 2025, can now check and download their results from the official website at xatonline.in. XAT 2025 EXAM PATTERN AND OTHER DETAILS
The XAT exam is divided into two parts.
Part 1 includes Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning (26 questions), Decision Making (21 questions), and Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation (28 questions).
Part 2 focuses on General Knowledge. The marking scheme awards 1 mark for every correct answer, while 0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer. Additionally, after 8 unattempted questions, 0.10 marks are deducted for every extra unanswered question.
Conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, the XAT is a national-level entrance exam for MBA, PGDM, and Executive MBA admissions. Over 250 business schools across India, including XLRI and its member institutes, accept XAT scores for admissions.
