The Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 is all set to take centre-stage in Bengaluru on Sunday, December 15. West Indies all-rounder Deandra Dottin, England captain Heather Knight and South African wicketkeeper Lizelle Lee have the highest base price of Rs 50 lakhs.
Overall, 120 players will be auctioned. The BCCI has also increased the overall purse of the teams to Rs 15 crore. All the five teams, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Mumbai Indians (MI), Delhi Capitals (DC), UP Warriorz (UPW) and Gujarat Giants (GG) named their list of retained players.

The likes of Lauren Bell, Darcie Brown, Sarah Glenn, Alana King and Sneh Rana will also be in focus in the auction. But there is a wide pool of uncapped Indian players who will go under the hammer. Some of them are expected to trigger a bidding war, which could be career-defining for them.
Here are the Indian players who could fetch a substantial amount in the WPL 2025 auction
Nandini Kashyap
Nandini Kashyap is touted as one of the brightest young talents in Indian cricket. From playing for India U19s in 2022, the 21-year-old has taken rapid strides in her career. This year, the youngster has been in incredible form. The right-handed batter finished as the third-highest run-scorer for Uttarakhand in the Senior Women’s T20 Trophy.
In nine matches, Kashyap scored 247 runs at an average of 41.17 and a strike-rate of 125.38 with top score of 117 not out against Pondicherry at the Eden Gardens.
Kashyap was also the top run-scorer in the Senior Women’s T20 Challenger Trophy. In five games, she notched 332 runs at an average of 83 and a strike-rate of 137.19 with four half-centuries.
Kashyap is a part of the auction at a base price of INR 10 lakhs. On Friday, the wicketkeeper-batter earned her maiden national call-up after being included in the squad for the T20I series against the West Indies.
Raghvi Bist
20-year-old Raghvi Bist, Nandini Kashyap’s teammate in Uttarakhand, has also had a memorable year. In the Senior Women’s T20 Trophy, she scored 158 runs from nine matches at an average of 31.60 and a strike-rate of 129.50 with a top score of 72 to show for her efforts.
The youngster was also amongst the runs in the Senior Women’s T20 Challenger Trophy while playing for India E. In five matches, Bist has notched 162 runs at an average of 40.50 and a strike-rate of 120.89 with two fifties and a highest score of 71.
Raghvi was also incredible in India A’s three-match One-Day series against Australia A. In three games, she scored 205 runs at an average of 68.33 with scores of 53, 70 and 82.
Raghvi also earned his maiden India call-up for the T20I series against West Indies. She has a base price of Rs 10 lakhs.
Jagravi Pawar was one of the major reasons why Mumbai were able to win the previous edition of the Senior Women’s T20 Trophy. In 11 matches, the fast bowler took 16 wickets at an economy rate of 4.02. She got her best figures of 7.4-1-25-4 against Punjab at the Emerald High School Ground in Indore.
The 25-year-old has been in decent form in the Senior Women’s One-Day Trophy. In seven matches, the speedster has accounted for 10 wickets at an economy rate of 3.32. Pawar is in the auction at a base price of Rs 10 lakhs.
