UPSSSC issues important notice for Junior Assistant main exam 2024, registration process ends tomorrow: Check details here

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has issued a notice regarding the Junior Assistant Mains Exam 2024. According to the notice, the registration process for the UPSSSC Junior Assistant Mains Exam 2024 will conclude tomorrow, January 22, 2025. The recruitment advertisement is for 2702 posts (2568 General Selection + 134 Special Selection) of Junior Assistant.
The notice states that under advertisement no. 12-Exam/2024 for the Junior Assistant Mains Examination, the total and category-wise number of advertised vacancies may increase or decrease. Accordingly, the number of revised posts has been updated to 1125, replacing the earlier 1111 posts of Junior Assistant under the control of the State Tax Commissioner’s office. Further, the notice also mentions that, in addition to the posts advertised earlier, 450 posts (405 General Selection + 45 Special Selection) of Junior Assistant under the control of various departments are now being included in the advertisement. Therefore, the selection process will now be conducted for a total of 3166 posts (2987 General Selection + 179 Special Selection).
