A thick layer of smog engulfed Delhi and surrounding areas of Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad on Wednesday morning.
Delhi’s air quality index was in the ‘very poor’ category, while that of Gurugram, Noida and Ghaziabad were in the ‘Poor’ category.
Visibility worsened in Delhi as air quality was recorded at 361 till 8 am.
