The Swedish, H&M-owned fashion brand & Other Stories is opening its first ever airport location, and they have chosen Sweden’s largest airport. At the beginning of 2025, Arlanda’s passengers will be able to shop for premium-quality, sustainable Swedish fashions at the Marketplace in Terminal 5, which is gradually taking shape as Arlanda’s largest ever commercial investment.

The range of shopping and dining options at Stockholm Arlanda Airport’s Marketplace continues to grow. Since opening in the autumn of 2023, more than a dozen exciting new restaurants and cafés have opened their doors side by side with shops such as Lakritsroten, Sweshop, World of Toys and Pocket Shop, among others. Now it’s time to welcome another addition. At the beginning of 2025, the Swedish brand & Other Stories will open its doors at Stockholm Arlanda. With a floor area of just over 120 square meters at the Marketplace, passengers will find a sophisticated range of clothing and shoes, accessories, jewellery, undergarments, swimwear and beauty items. The range has been adapted specifically for the airport in order to respond to the behaviours and needs of passengers.

”In the new range of shopping options that is emerging at Arlanda, we want to focus on a broad mix of inspirational experiences and memorable visits for both our Swedish and foreign passengers. & Other Stories is an attractive brand and makes a perfect fit to Swedavia´s strategy to support and promote Swedish and Scandinavian brands. We are therefore very happy that & Other Stories has chosen to establish at Stockholm Arlanda Airport,” says Charlotte Ljunggren, Director of Marketing and Sales, at Swedavia.

The establishment of & Other Stories at Stockholm Arlanda has been made possible thanks to the extensive partnership between Swedavia and the global travel retailer Avolta AG. Margareta Le Calvé, General Manager Nordics for Avolta, is honored to have been entrusted with the opportunity to open & Other Stories at Arlanda.

“We are continuously looking for ways to improve the airport experience for our customers, and we believe that spotlighting local heroes is a great way to achieve this. As a Swedish fashion brand, & Other Stories is the perfect addition to the new Stockholm Arlanda Marketplace, which is currently taking shape,” says Margareta Le Calvé.

Lina Söderqvist, Managing Director & Other Stories said: “We are pleased to expand our presence at Stockholm Arlanda Airport in partnership with Avolta. The new Arlanda Marketplace provides a valuable opportunity for & Other Stories to connect with a global audience, offering travelers a closer look at our brand in an inspiring and dynamic setting.”

In the first quarter of 2025, the H&M group, under the management of Avolta, will open & Other Stories at Arlanda’s Marketplace in Terminal 5.
