Actors Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are set to get married on December 4. Recently, rumours surfaced claiming that the couple had sold the rights to their wedding video to Netflix for Rs 50 crore. Naga Chaitanya has now addressed and dismissed these reports.

Speaking to Zoom, the Laal Singh Chaddha actor said, “This is false news. There is no such deal.” The 38-year-old actor shared that while the wedding would be lavish due to Sobhita’s family’s excitement, it would remain an “intimate” affair attended only by family and close friends.

Naga revealed that the ceremony would take place at his family’s Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, in front of his grandfather Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR)’s statue.

The couple made their relationship Instagram official after sharing pictures from their engagement ceremony. Before this, they had chosen to keep their relationship private.

Reflecting on their first meeting, Naga said, “I was in Mumbai for the launch of my OTT show. During that time, she also had a show with the same platform. We first interacted at the event hosted by the OTT platform.”

Expressing his excitement for the wedding, Naga added, “It’s been lovely getting to know Sobhita and her family over the past few months. Watching the families interact has been a joy. I’m really looking forward to the wedding day, experiencing the rituals, and seeing the families come together.”

Naga Chaitanya was previously married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The couple announced their separation in October 2021 and finalized their divorce in 2022.
