Related to marketing release published on January 21, Tecnotree wants to clarify the composition of the contract and its impact.
Tecnotree Corporation (“Tecnotree”) has entered into a new agreement with a Tier 1 operator in the United States through an existing system integrator partner announced in June 2024. The contract is valued below 10% of previous year’s revenue. However, it is significant in terms of the globalization of Tecnotree’s products and services. The contract includes the delivery of Tecnotree’s various Digital Business Support Systems (BSS) products.
Tecnotree maintains its current guidance.
Tecnotree will publish its Q4 2024 and full-year 2024 financial results on February 26, 2025.
