A cable theft was reported on Delhi Metro’s Blue Line between Moti Nagar and Kirti Nagar, severely affecting operations on Thursday morning. Commuters were faced with inconvenience as the services were disrupted amid the huge rush during office hours. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation informed about the development on X, saying that the issue will be addressed only after the end of operational hours in the night. Since the trains will operate at restricted speeds on the affected section during the day, there would be some delay in services, it said.
