Actor Aamir Khan joined his friend and co-star Salman Khan on the sets of Bigg Boss 18 on Sunday. The two Bollywood superstars recreated the iconic moments from their 1994 film Andaz Apna Apna.
Aamir, 59, accompanied his son, actor Junaid Khan, and Khushi Kapoor, daughter of Boney Kapoor, to promote their upcoming film Loveyapa in Bigg Boss 18 grand finale.
Salman and Aamir hopped on a bike and rode it on the stage as the crowd cheered for the two superstars.
Meanwhile, the grand finale saw Karanveer Mehra, Vivian DSena, Rajat Dalal, Eisha Singh, Chum Darang, and Avinash Mishra, as the top six contestants. The winner of the season will reportedly get a cash prize of Rs 50 lakh, same as Munawar Faruqui, the winner of Bigg Boss 17.
The grand finale took place at Mumbai’s Film City on Sunday and was telecast live on television.
Apart from Aamir, Junaid and Khushi, the team of Sky Force also joined Salman to promote their film. However, while Akshay Kumar was expected to be on the stage with Salman at the finale, he left following a delay in the shoot schedule. Actor Veer Pahariya, who is making his debut with the film, finally joined Salman on the stage and promoted the film.
Bigg Boss 18 has been running for over three months. The show didn’t see any extension this time. According to India Today’s poll, actor Karanveer Mehra might just lift the trophy tonight.
