Netflix has released the first full trailer for its upcoming action-comedy film, Back in Action, starring Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz. The movie follows the two as former spies who, after leaving their CIA careers to raise a family, are pulled back into the world of espionage when their secret identities are exposed.
The promo was shared with a description that read, “Years after giving up life as CIA spies to start a family, Emily (Cameron Diaz) and Matt (Jamie Foxx) find themselves dragged back into the world of espionage when their cover is blown.”

As soon as the trailer was shared, excited fans responded to the trailer in the comment box. One person wrote, “Netflix – number one in action,” while another posted heart emojis in the comment section. However, one disgruntled viewer wrote, “Thank you for uploading the whole movie instead of a trailer!”
Back in Action marks Diaz’s acting comeback after nearly a decade. She last appeared in the 2014 musical Annie, which interestingly, also starred Foxx. The actor has the Netflix film Outcome, and Shrek 5 in the pipeline.
Back in Action will release on Netflix on January 17.
