AP DSC 2024 Syllabus Released: Check Detailed List of Topics for Mega DSC Exam

The Andhra Pradesh Department of School Education has made the AP DSC 2024 syllabus available for classes 3 to 10. Candidates can access and download the syllabus from the official AP DSC website at apdsc2024.apcfss.in. The syllabus is provided for various positions, including Secondary Grade Teachers, School Assistants, TGTs in Special Education, TGTs, PGTs, Principals, and Physical Education Teachers. The registration window is expected to open soon.
According to TOI Telugu, a total of 16,347 teaching positions will be filled through the upcoming DSC, with an official announcement expected soon. The vacancies include 6,371 Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT), 7,725 School Assistants (SA), 1,781 Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT), 286 Post Graduate Teachers (PGT), 52 Principals, and 132 Physical Education Teachers (PET). Further details, including important dates, will be available once the notification is released. It is also noted that the TET exam has already been completed, and the results have been published.

This will open a new PDF document containing the full syllabus. Candidates can then download the file and print a copy for future reference.

AP Mega DSC Syllabus 2024: Detailed Topics

The exam will cover several key areas, with General Knowledge and Current Affairs accounting for 8 marks, Perspectives in Education for 4 marks, and Educational Psychology for 8 marks. The largest section, Content and Methodologies, will be worth 60 marks, divided into two parts: 40 marks for content and 20 marks for methodologies. In total, the exam will be for 80 marks.
