ICAI CA Final Exam for Nov 2024 postponed: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the rescheduling of the CA Final November 2024 exams due to the Diwali festivities across India. The revised schedule will see Group 1 exams commence on November 3, followed by Group 2 exams starting on November 9. The exams were initially slated to be held from November 1 to 11.
According to the ICAI’s notification, the change was made to accommodate the Diwali celebrations, which will take place from October 29 to November 3 this year.While the CA Final exam dates have been adjusted, the schedule for the Chartered Accountants Post Qualification Course(s) exams, including the International Taxation-Assessment Test (INTT-AT) and the Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination, remains unchanged.
The revised dates for the CA Final exams are as follows: Group 1 exams will be held on November 3, 5, and 7, while Group 2 exams will take place on November 9, 11, and 13. Candidates should note that even if any of these dates are declared a public holiday by the government, the examination schedule will not be altered.
In addition to the exam postponement, ICAI recently reopened the application window for two days, allowing candidates to submit their applications with a late fee of Rs 600 on September 11 and 12.
